International Opportunities

The ATS is working with other international respiratory societies to develop a listing of International Opportunities for respiratory and critical care scientists, scholars, and clinicians throughout the world permitting travel for a limited period to another country for a specific purpose.

This is a service for our members in any country wishing to travel to any other country for appropriate professional work, study, teaching, or research. Its primary goal is to help members select international public health, research, sabbatical, training, or clinic experiences. Its secondary goals are to enhance international cross‑fertilization of ideas, projects, and best practices in research, training, teaching, organization, and patient care.

We seek individuals and organizations who can offer these opportunities. If you or your institution can offer opportunities for research, clinical work, training or international health, please contact Megan Graf (mgraf@thoracic.org). Kindly give the name of the person (Professor or Director) and an email address, organization and website address, location, qualifications required of the candidate, activities the candidate would be doing, start and ending dates if there are any, and funding if available.
