2006 Membership Hardship Relief Program (MHRP) – Hurricanes Katrina and Rita

In response to inquiries from our members in areas affected by hurricanes Katrina and Rita in 2005, the American Thoracic Society has launched a Membership Hardship Relief Program (MHRP) to assist active ATS members maintain their 2006 membership and receipt of ATS journals.

Members whose livelihoods were severely affected by the devastating effects of the hurricanes may apply to MHRP program for membership dues relief by completing a brief form. On the form, we ask affected members to briefly state the long-term negative impact of either hurricane on their livelihood. To download a copy of the form, please click HERE.
