Other comments Measures how fatigue affects motivation, exercise, physical functioning, carrying out duties, interfering with work, family, or social life.originally developed for multiple sclerosis andsystemic lupus erythematosus but also used for chronic fatigue syndrome; largely independent of self-reported depressive symptoms. Original study demonstrated that it helps to identify features that distinguish fatigue between two chronic medical disorders. Also described in fibromyalgia,  Lyme Borreliosis, post-polio, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,   brain injury,  Parkinson’s disease, insomnia, sleep apnea. Patient-rated scale.
